Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase: your order number, your order confirmation email, or the delivery note included in your package.

How to return an item

Please contact us first via our contact form. We will confirm your return and provide the return address. This helps us process your return quickly and ensures it reaches the right place.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received it and confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method, usually within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For higher-value returns, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
